We take a lot of pride in our lunch menu. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients to make Machiavelli the Sydney Italian cuisine experience.
We source organic ingredients where ever possible and make all our pasta on the premises, so you can be assured you are enjoying only the freshest of ingredients.
We are famous for our delectable generous antipasto platters which include Imported San Daniele Smoked prociutto, Stuffed zucchini flowers with ricotta and anchovies and many other delights.
Superb main courses include of a selection of authentic pasta dishes made with Italian dried wheat pasta, all pasta is made fresh each day on the premises. Two of the more popular pastas are the Spaghetti Machiavelli: Pasta served with King Prawns in a butter chilli and basil garlic sauce and Fusilli Granchio: Spiral pasta served with crab meat and a creamy white wine sauce. There is also a selection of delicious meat dishes including the grand Steak Tartare, prepared in the ‘au Gueridon tradition prepared at your table using the best quality raw fillet steak seasoned to your personal taste. Served with Melba toast and French Fries.
